Strongholds

The Stronghold is an NFT that the new player will mint during the Stronghold launch or purchase later from the marketplace. Existing players that already own a stronghold can build/craft new strongholds to sell on the marketplace.

The stronghold NFT serves as your base of operations in the game. Once a player has connected into the game, and the see the main interface screens they are considered to be inside their stronghold. Forging, building, upgrading, store access, mech hanger, inventory equipping screens, all are inside the stronghold.

The stronghold will be composed of a core/main structure and several "Expansion Pads" where other modular add-on structures can be built. These modular add-ons will allow you to increase the functionality of your stronghold and provide additional in-game uses. An example would be a "forge" add on that allows you to forge new mechs.

Stronghold Rarity

There are two core Stronghold Rarity traits in the stronghold collection:

  • Generative

  • Legendary

Other rarity traits include colors, designs, badges, ect

What rarity a player receives is luck of the draw when minting their Stronghold. This makes it fair for everyone. Certain rarity may provide certain game perks, but game stats are not impacted by rarity to ensure fair gameplay for all.

A newly built/crafted Stronghold starts off as a basic building that can be upgraded over time to be stronger, have weapons and other special features.

Stronghold Levels

The strongholds "level" is dictated by the number of "expansion pads" surrounding the base. The number of pads they have on their base reflect the bases “Level” and how many expansion modules (buildings) they can add…1 for each pad.

  • Level 1 = 3 Expansion Pads

  • Level 2 = 5 Expansion Pads

  • Level 3 = 7 Expansion Pads

The ability to upgrade a stronghold to a higher level will be released sometime after the P2E is live.
